Admission Requirements

Henley MBA

The Henley MBA is designed for experienced practising managers, and you will be required to share your experiences with fellow students to enrich everyone’s learning.

To join the Henley MBA programme, you will need:
  • Three years of relevant management experience
  • An honours degree, postgraduate diploma or professional qualification at NQF level 8. 
  • To be employed or a business owner with access to an organisation’s data for assignment purposes. 
  • Evidence of competence in English. 
If you do not possess the required academic qualification, admittance may be considered on a Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) basis after you have been assessed by an independent RPL assessor. This consideration would require you to have gained significant senior-level management skills and experience over a substantial period. The assessment criteria for an RPL application vary, and each application is assessed on an individual basis.

NOTE: Foreign qualifications require SAQA accreditation; RPL candidate admissions cannot exceed 10% of the total class intake.
