A year of excitement at NWU Business School
by Joseph Sekhampu: Chief Director: NWU Business School.
It has been an incredible year since I joined the NWU Business School. I still remember my first day vividly, feeling a mix of excitement and nervousness as I began this new chapter of my life. Little did I know then that I would be welcomed into such a vibrant and beautifully complex community. This year has been filled with challenges, milestones, growth, and a deep sense of pride in what we have accomplished as a community.
Reflecting on my arrival, I was enthused by the potential to operate at the intersection of technology and education, offering us the opportunity to expand our reach and align with our vision of shaping executive minds in Africa. This dream is still alive, and the culmination of our strategy document would be a roadmap for achieving this future.
At the NWU Business School, we take great pride in our commitment to providing a world-class education that equips our delegates with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the dynamic global business landscape. We strive to create an environment that fosters adaptability, critical thinking, and ethical decision-making. Our staff, students, and partners are the heart and soul of our institution, and it is our collective efforts that have made this year a success.
From successful graduations to engaging and impactful events, we have had much to celebrate. The diverse perspectives that each member of our community brings have enriched our discussions and strengthened the fabric of our academic community. These moments testify to the hard work, dedication, and collaborative spirit that define our business school.
Looking ahead, I am confident that the coming year will bring even more opportunities for growth, collaboration, and excellence. Your dedication and passion for our shared vision will undoubtedly contribute greatly to our continued success.
