MBA Structure

The programme consists of 9 compulsory modules, 1 elective module and the Innovation Project.

Compulsory modules

  • Creativity, innovation and foresight (15 credits)
  • Establishing and cultivating customer markets (15 credits)
  • Leading in a dynamic era (15 credits)
  • Research methodology (15 credits)
  • Economic decision-making (15 credits)
  • Money and the firm (15 credits)
  • Accounting measurements for leaders (15 credits)
  • Managing the globally diverse firm (15 credits)
  • Business strategy for sustainable competitive advantage (15 credits)

Elective module

  • Project Management (15 credits) or Entrepreneurship (15 credits)

Innovation Project

  • The Innovation Project is a strategic, practical Innovation project of +- 75 pages

Programme requirements

  • A minimum of 180 credits is required to obtain the qualification.
  • All modules are 15 credits each, and the Innovation Project is combined with the Research methodology module for 45 credits.
  • All modules are compulsory, except the choice between Project management and Entrepreneurship as electives.
  • Each module is offered over 5 weeks. On-campus contact sessions are every first, third and fifth Saturday from 9:00 to 14:00.


You can choose to complete in 18 months full-time; or 24 to 36 months part-time


Students can join any time during the year and enrol for the next module.


Classes are offered at our Ruimsig campus on the first, third and fifth Saturday of the five-week schedule per module.
